Op. Dr. Melek BÜYÜKKINACI EROL
I was born in Eskişehir in 1978. I completed my primary education at Mersin Çankaya Primary School and later at İçel Anadolu High School. I graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2002. Between 2003 and 2008, I completed my specialist training in obstetrics and gynecology at Istanbul Bakırköy SSK Maternity and Women's Health Hospital. Between 2008 and 2010, I fulfilled my mandatory service at Diyarbakır Maternity and Women's Health Hospital, while also working at the Diyarbakır Eurofertil IVF Center. From 2010 to 2011, I worked at Antalya Atatürk State Hospital. I worked at Medstar Antalya Hospital in 2011–2012, and at Uncalı Meydan Hospital between 2013 and 2016. From 2016 to 2018, I served as Assistant Professor at Antalya Medical Park Hospital. Between 2018 and 2019, I worked at Antalya Memorial Hospital. Since November 2019, I have been providing care at my private practice.
I have specialized particularly in the field of IVF (in vitro fertilization) treatment. I also support my patients with laser gynecological aesthetic procedures, endoscopic gynecological surgeries, urinary incontinence surgeries, infertility treatment, and childbirth with medical hypnosis.
The most beautiful part of my profession is standing by families throughout the journey of a baby's arrival and sharing in their excitement. Getting to know new families and new lives along the way, and placing their most precious treasure into their arms, is one of the most sacred privileges there could be.
